**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Frisco, TX. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and treatment to a variety of outpatient orthopedic conditions.
**Responsibilities**
* Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments to develop and implement effective treatment plans
* Manage a patient case load of 10-12 patients per day, ensuring timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
* Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including medical notes and surgery reports, to inform treatment decisions
* Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
* Promote continuous quality improvement and participate in ongoing education and training
* Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed
**Requirements**
* Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
* Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment
