Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Develop individualized nutritional strategies.
- Provide continuous nutritional guidance and support.
Qualifications:
Registered with the Academy of Nutrition on the Commission of Dietetic Registry.
Possess current state licensure (if mandated by the state).
Fulfill all relevant state and licensing criteria.
A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian is required.
Experience in nutrition related to ESRD patients is preferred.
