**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior modification programs in home and community settings, teaching clients new skills for life.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement one-on-one behavioral services, utilizing evidence-based ABA techniques.
  • Collect and maintain accurate and detailed data, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with GOALS supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery and client progress.

**Requirements**

  • Age 18 or older.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
  • Pass a background check and obtain a negative TB test.
  • Reliable transportation, public or private.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of college credit or associate's degree preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
