* Manage personnel, environmental monitoring, performance improvement, risk management, and customer relations
* Stay up-to-date with new technologies and practice changes through continuing education and research

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing program
* Minimum three years of clinical licensed nursing experience
* At least two years of supervisory experience
* Valid and active RN licensure in the state of practice
* AHA BLS certification
