Main Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including finding products and providing solutions.
  • Provide a fast and courteous checkout experience and handle cash transactions according to company standards.
  • Inform customers about the benefits of our rewards program and assist with sign-ups.
  • Notify customers about our Voice of the Customer (VDC) survey.
  • Assist with omnichannel processes, including AEL/REM (buy online, pick up in store) and EXP/M (ship from store) orders.
  • Participate in truck unloading, merchandise display, and planogram (POG) processes.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and general housekeeping.
  • Perform stock optimization in-store (OSEM) and sales floor tasks as assigned.
  • Support loss prevention and safety programs.
  • Follow company procedures and programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and to promote company policies and standards.
  • Interact with colleagues in a positive and respectful manner, remain positive and respectful even in difficult situations, promote engagement with the company's vision and values, project a positive image, and serve as a role model for others.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Work Environment

  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
  • If you need assistance with these tasks, please communicate with a supervisor to initiate an interactive process and find a reasonable accommodation.
  • Public retail store environment with air conditioning; some warehouses may not be air-conditioned; you may be assigned outdoor work (retrieving shopping carts or during truck unloading); the training room has a glass cutter and a heat press; work hours include evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
