Job DescriptionThe Plant Engineer will be responsible for driving plant reliability, controlling equipment performance, and achieving high standards of maintenance program performance.
This role will implement lean methodologies and suitable courses of action to proactively drive plant and equipment reliability.
The individual's responsibilities will encompass all phases of the production process, including facilities, equipment, utilities, methods, and operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement techniques to drive plant reliability
- Control equipment performance and maintain high standards of maintenance program performance
- Implement lean methodologies to drive plant and equipment reliability
- Oversee all phases of the production process, including facilities, equipment, utilities, methods, and operating procedures
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Ability to analyze and improve equipment performance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
