Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical hospital laboratory in the Atlanta area.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

This is an evening shift position with rotating weekends, offering a unique blend of culture and nature. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory operations, supervising staff, and ensuring quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating laboratory operations, consulting with pathologists, and reporting results according to protocols.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining medical laboratory equipment performance by developing procedures and ensuring staff compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field.
  • ASCP or equivalent certification.
  • Three years of leadership experience in a laboratory setting.
