We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Server at Resort Lifestyle Communities. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and their guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide unparalleled customer service to our residents and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and management, embodying our company's Core Values of Respect, Kindness & Compassion, Honesty, and Service Excellence.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the food service industry.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to guests in a positive and considerate manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality setting, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a fast-paced environment.
