Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to project teams to meet or exceed project goals related to design, construction, and quality.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Remodel experience is a must.
  • Proficiency in Procore or equivalent construction management software.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required by project locations.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
