Trimming Specialist

As a Cutter Operator or Machine Bindery Operator at Weatherall Printing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production of direct mail, point-of-sale, and packaging materials for our clients in banking, furniture manufacturing, and higher education.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Final Trim Printed Materials: Accurately and efficiently cut printed materials using specialized equipment.
2. Machine Fold Printed Materials: Operate high-speed machinery to fold printed materials.
3. Assist in Completing Print Jobs: Collaborate with team members to complete print jobs on time and within budget.
4. Drill Paper: Use equipment to drill holes in paper as needed.
5. Kit Packing: Organize and pack printed materials into kits for distribution.
6. Bundling Scrap Paper for Recycling: Collect and bundle scrap paper for recycling purposes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

1. At least 1 year of experience working in a commercial printing bindery.
2. Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
3. Proficient in reading tape measures.
4. Prior experience with CNC machine operation is a plus but not required.
