The Role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who will have a passion for our products and customers, creating a unique experience for them. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for meeting or exceeding all goals and KPIs, utilizing our proprietary selling process to provide outstanding service, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed all goals and KPIs

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills and ability to listen effectively
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect
