Dietary Director

About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Dietary Director to join our team at Anoka Rehab & Living Center. As a Dietary Director, you will be responsible for providing quality food service in accordance with State and Federal regulations and meeting the nutritional and individual needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Food and Nutrition Services department to ensure it meets the highest standard attainable in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
• Direct and oversee all resident nutritional needs planning and programs.
• Administer personnel functions of the Food and Nutrition Department.
• Oversee all department purchasing and maintain set budgets for the fiscal year.
• Supervise and assist in workflow and food handling techniques of staff as needed.
• Responsible for sanitation and safety procedures, practices, and training of food and nutrition department in conformance to quality standards and health regulations.

Requirements:

• Qualified Dietitian or other nutrition-related Bachelor's Degree, or successful completion of state-approved food service management course (Certified Dietary Manager or Dietary Technician).
• Experience with food preparation in a long-term care setting.
