We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. As a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for developing claims and defenses based on facts presented, developing strategic direction for cases collaboratively, and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have an active Pennsylvania bar license, commercial litigation experience, federal preferred, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
