Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Therapist to join our team as we expand our outpatient clinic in Fargo, ND. Responsibilities include walking alongside patients during their mental health journey, advocating for them by connecting them with resources to accomplish their mental health goals, and providing evidence-based services to help patients meet their treatment goals.
  • Conduct therapy, groups, and family therapy when clinically indicated.
  • Provide client diagnosis as appropriate, using the DSM-V, and in consultation with psychology or psychiatry providers as necessary to coordinate patient care.
  • Provide integrated services by communicating and documenting services, care, and treatment.
  • Modify the patient's treatment plan as needed to meet their therapeutic needs.
Requirements:
  • Must be licensed as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMSW in North Dakota, or be able to obtain licensure in North Dakota.
  • Master's or doctorate degree required.
  • Must have an insurable driving record to be able to drive agency vehicles.
