  • Design process specifications for complex process equipment, prioritizing efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
  • Produce high-quality Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), emphasizing critical connections and interfaces.
  • Evaluate process conditions for control valves and safety valves, considering various scenarios, including emergencies.
  • Catalyze effective HAZOPS sessions and drive resolution of action items, promoting project success.
  • Support plant mechanical checkouts and develop/finalize as-built P&IDs reflecting site modifications during commissioning.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Precise knowledge of process plant documentation development, encompassing P&IDs, equipment bid packages, line lists, instrument lists, etc.
  • Fluency in HAZOP activities, adeptly identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Chemical Engineering, paired with relevant industry experience.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in P&ID development, chemical systems engineering, or a related field, showcasing a strong record of accomplishment.
