Parts Counterperson

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Parts Counterperson to join our team at our exciting new shop in Norman, Oklahoma.

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts for their vehicles
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory records
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Handle cash and credit transactions for parts purchases

• Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of automotive parts and their applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
