- Emergency Operations: Schedule and lead Emergency Operations Committee (EOC) meetings to ensure effective response to emergencies.
- Equipment Procurement: Order all necessary equipment to support facility management operations.
- Construction Support: Assist with occasional construction projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5 years of experience in facilities management operations.
- Technical Skills: Ability to type and perform computer data entry, knowledge of medical terminology, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience: 5 years of experience with electric controls, building construction, and HVAC systems, boilers, powered generators, water softener systems, medical gas systems, and clinical devices.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
