The Director of Facilities will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management of facilities, grounds, and biomedical staff at Mountain Management Group. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilities Management: Ensure that testing, repairs, and preventative maintenance of clinical equipment, physical plant equipment, and hospital facilities are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Departmental Budgeting: Maintain departmental budgets and ensure that expenses are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Emergency Operations: Schedule and lead Emergency Operations Committee (EOC) meetings to ensure effective response to emergencies.
  • Equipment Procurement: Order all necessary equipment to support facility management operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5 years of experience in facilities management operations.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to type and perform computer data entry, knowledge of medical terminology, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience with electric controls, building construction, and HVAC systems, boilers, powered generators, water softener systems, medical gas systems, and clinical devices.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
