About the Role

This position will play a critical role in supporting the transition of operationally fielded prototype systems to full-time production.

We are seeking a highly motivated and impact-focused individual who can demonstrate strong leadership potential and a passion for delivering relevant systems to our customers.

The successful candidate will be a key member of a highly experienced engineering team, partnering with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver secure, high-performance systems at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, install, operate, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Support design and redesign of IT and hardware systems, including field changes and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system designs, configurations, and maintenance procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other engineering team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and new implementations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building, installing, and modifying electrical components and subassemblies.
  • Experience with a basic variety of hand tools and test equipment to fabricate/assemble IT systems and associated connections/wiring.
  • Experience collaborating in a multi-disciplined team to solve complex problems.
  • Basic networking and system administration experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with Minotaur Family of Services (MFoS).
  • Working knowledge of military tactical data links (Link-16, IBS/CIB).
  • Operational experience with DoD active-duty customers.
Education and Certification Requirements

Associate's degree in electronics technology or other related field with 12 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or Master's degree with 2 years of experience.
