Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Nursing Services is a key member of the Nursing Services department, reporting directly to the Director of Nursing. This role is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of nursing services to ensure the highest quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and implementing nursing services
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Services department

Requirements
  • Two years' experience in geriatric nursing, preferably in post-acute care
  • Expert knowledge in the field of practice
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
