Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and implementing nursing services
- Oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Services department
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Two years' experience in geriatric nursing, preferably in post-acute care
- Expert knowledge in the field of practice
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
