Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation cases with exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy.
  • Develop and implement effective trial strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in civil litigation.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials.
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia and membership in good standing with the state bar.
  • 2-10 years of civil trial litigation and jury trial experience, preferably in insurance defense.
  • Exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy.
  • Strong software and technological skills, including competency in Word, Outlook, and Westlaw.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
