Are you an experienced Walk-in Tub & Shower Expert Installer looking for a new challenge? Look no further than American Standard Home Services We are seeking a skilled professional to join our installation team, where you will deliver exceptional customer experiences and install top-quality shower systems in customers' homes.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with our company, receiving pre-sold products from our manufacturing facility and focusing solely on installation, without involvement in sales or collections.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your technical expertise, we value exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for your craft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and transport materials to the customer's home
• Perform full installation of senior walk-in tubs or acrylic and solid surface showers
• Demolish bathrooms and complete installations of shower systems, including electrical, plumbing, and finish work
• Introduce and explain services being performed to customers
• Install accessories such as grab bars, soap dishes, and seats
• Provide 5-star customer service, document work performed, collect final payment, and submit invoices
