Full-time Physiatrist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a variety of conditions, including mobility and balance issues, pain management, and functional limitations.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility and function
• Continuously assess and revise patients' care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patients' progress and communicate with their families and caregivers

• Current VA Physical Therapist license
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
• Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
