Youth Soccer Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Youth Soccer Coach. As a Coach with Super Soccer Stars, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes and be part of a dynamic and growing organization.
About the Role
- Lead soccer classes for children aged 12 months to 12 years old in a structured and fun environment.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical and emotional development in children.
- Work collaboratively with other Coaches and staff to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
- Provide on-the-job training and support to ensure Coaches are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- Must reside in or near Sugar Land, TX.
- Prior coaching experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (2-4 hours).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for working with children and promoting their physical and emotional development.

- A competitive hourly rate of $18-$25 per hour, contingent on experience and qualifications.
