Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of clients through personalized therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional abilities, aligning with the client's unique needs and objectives.
  • Therapy Services: Provide skilled therapy services to address fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living, and other areas of concern, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Documentation and Progress Tracking: Accurately and efficiently document client progress, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certification.
  • Licensure and Eligibility: State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Occupational Therapy.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Experience and Preferences: Minimum 1+ years of occupational therapy experience, with experience working with diverse populations preferred.
