Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diesel Technician to join our team at Next Level Fleet Service LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and maintaining heavy duty trucks and trailers, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex issues, working independently and as part of a team, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with all types of vehicles, including Class 8 trucks and small passenger vehicles
  • Work on-site with customers and in our repair facility, performing repairs and inspections in a timely and safe manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
  • Manage inventory and order parts as needed, working with multiple vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including welding and minor fabrication
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in heavy duty truck and trailer repair
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • PA Safety Inspection License and ASE certification a plus

Location: Our shop is located in Jefferson, PA, with most work performed on-site with customers in the surrounding area.
