About the role

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you will be the face of our brand, creating genuine connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey. You will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is organized and easily accessible. By collaborating with your team, you will deliver personalized customer experiences and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere on the sales floor.

You'll bring to the role
  • Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
  • A hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
