Wrestling Coach

At UFC Gym Placerville and Alameda, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wrestling Coach to join our team. As a Wrestling Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading private training sessions, and achieving revenue goals.

• Sales Execution: Sell and conduct private and small group training sessions with members, ensuring accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs.
• Member Experience: Focus on changing lives through service, science, and sales, being a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy, and conducting safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve revenue goals, maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of private training techniques, possession of a working knowledge of the dotFIT program and software, and ability to adjust and operate all fitness equipment.
• Education and Certifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), current CPR/AED certification, and certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym and/or Pro-Am fight background.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience, with a strong customer service focus, ability to work, setup, and execute successful weekends, and extroverted/self-motivated/customer service-minded individual.
