We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team at Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Perform other teller duties, such as issuing money orders, processing debit card disputes, and opening and closing sub-accounts.
  • Respond to member requests, problems, and complaints, and provide information on account status.
  • Analyze and research account issues, and may serve as the branch Membership Officer or Security Specialist.
  • Train to operate the vault, balance the ATM, open/close the branch, as needed.
  • May open new membership accounts, process, close, and disperse consumer loan applications.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Cash handling and service-industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to execute the primary responsibilities in a satisfactory manner.
  • Must successfully complete teller test at the conclusion of teller training.
