Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district in Vermont.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders
  • Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop treatment plans to address individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
Requirements
  • A valid Vermont State SLP License is required
  • A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
