Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the care plan established by our registered nurse.
  • Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations.
  • Communicate any changes in the client's condition to the agency's RN or Director of Clinical Services.

Qualifications Required:

  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • CNA certification, or...
    • HHA Certificate (minimum of 40 hours) or...
    • Ability to pass an HHA competency evaluation and demonstrate required skills.
  • At least one year of experience as a CNA or HHA.
  • Meet the AHCA's criteria for employment in a home health agency.
