About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Schenectady Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' health status to the supervising nurse
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Set up and serve meal trays, and document food and fluid intake
  • Transport residents within the facility and assist with mobility
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program
  • Valid New York State CNA certification
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be in good standing with the State Registry
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work as a team member and provide excellent customer service
