Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dish areas, equipment, and floors.
  • Properly wash, sort, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and dish machines.
  • Change water and chemical dilutions as required.
  • Remove trash and recyclables at the end of each shift.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
