Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform Spaces: Provide thorough housekeeping services to ensure each area is clean, comfortable, and inviting for residents.
  • Maintain Order: Keep all communal areas, including lobbies and staff break rooms, organized and tidy.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency.
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a genuine love for working with residents.
  • Professional appearance and conduct are essential.
  • Physical stamina is required, as the role involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and manage a wheeled housekeeping cart.
  • Good health is necessary, verified by a health screening conducted by a physician.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
