We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team at Golden Care Therapy IN. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home ABA services to individuals with ASD, using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities.
  • Collect and submit data on an electronic data system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Special education experience (1 year preferred)
  • Applied behavior analysis experience (1 year preferred)
