Position Overview
- Deliver project designs utilizing CAD drafting techniques
- Guide drafters in the production of design documentation
- Develop project timelines for railroad bridge initiatives
- Conduct thorough research, prepare technical documentation, and perform site visits
- Collaborate closely with clients on Class I Railroad projects
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Engineer Intern (EI) certification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Railroad Structures
- Proven experience with railroad projects and client interactions
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in modeling, calculation, and drafting software
- Experience in survey and structural design is advantageous
- Ability to coordinate with various railroad engineering disciplines
- Familiarity with Microstation, Risa 3D analysis, and Bluebeam Revu is preferred
