Dining Room Ambassador

The Customer Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service for our guests. Reporting to the General Manager, this individual is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting and seating guests promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests immediately upon arrival, acknowledging them with a friendly smile and welcome message.
- Seat guests at clean, dry tables, utilizing proper seating rotation to ensure an optimal dining experience.
- Determine and address any special needs or requests from guests, providing personalized attention and care.
- Maintain accurate records of guest waiting lists and adhere to proper seating procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent guest service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience.
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Estimated Salary Range
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
