Job Summary

QuadMed is seeking a Health Center Director to lead our team at the Constellium Health Center in Ravenswood, WV. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical operations of our health and wellness center, focusing on prevention and wellness to coordinate the care of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage health and wellness center operations, fostering teamwork and facilitating meetings as needed.
  • Lead Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and allied health staff, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, employee relations, scheduling, training, onboarding, staff communication, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager and other internal departments to deliver quality patient care aligned with client service contracts.
  • Ensure the health and wellness center operates using current standardized workflows, SOPs, policies, and best practices.
  • Monitor the health and wellness center environment and work with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Compile input and administer staff performance appraisals for direct reports, partnering with Medical Directors and others as needed.
  • Complete incident investigations, carry out mitigating measures, and inform other departments as needed.
  • Manage metrics, the facility, and labor checklist completion.
  • Understand and comply with all regulatory, procedural, and licensing requirements.
  • Oversee AAAHC HWC compliance, actively participating in audits and surveys.
  • Serve on internal committees and special initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain EHR Super User status and provide support to the HWC team and others as needed.
  • Travel may be required, and you may work in the clinic as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing, or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing, or a closely related field preferred.
  • At least three years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with direct reports.
  • Familiarity with practice management software and electronic medical records strongly preferred.
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

  • Must have a proven track record of being self-motivated and successfully managing multiple projects within deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to work successfully with diverse populations and demonstrated commitment to promote and enhance diversity and inclusion.
