The Quality Manager will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to monitor performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance our services. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal and external customers to review performance data and implement interventions for continuous improvement
  • Assisting with analysis of key performance indicators and reporting findings to the Quality Management Committee and other organizational leaders
  • Conducting evaluations based on best practices and ensuring findings are integrated into the performance improvement process
  • Compiling data related to key performance indicators for monthly, quarterly, and yearly report compilation
  • Working with the Project Management Office to track and manage performance improvement initiatives
  • Developing training materials and providing coaching to staff and solution leaders on best practices and highest standards

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health or social services field, 2 years of experience working with evaluation tools and electronic health record data systems, and knowledge of requirements related to quality management and outcome measurement.
