Merchandising Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Lead to join our team at Walmart. As a Merchandising Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

• Provide member service by acknowledging customers and identifying their needs
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist management with supervising associates and maintaining a safe and secure work environment
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors
• Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and following company procedures
• Ensures maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation
• Monitors food and merchandise quality and ensures product rotation and code dating
• Develops and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
• Demonstrates and promotes compliance with company policies and procedures
• Leads and participates in teams to achieve business objectives

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience
• Preferred qualifications include leading a team and supervising experience

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $21.00 to $29.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
