Position Overview:
As an Environmental Services Technician at UHS, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff. This position is essential in ensuring that all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, offices, and common areas, are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Maintain a risk-free environment for patients and staff.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support overall facility operations.
Work Schedule:
This is a Full-Time position requiring 32 hours per week, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a housekeeping or environmental services role is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work overtime and adjust hours as needed.
