Job Title: Dedicated Caregiver

Job Summary:

Innovative Human Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will work with individuals with mental illness in short-term community homes, assisting them with independent living skills, setting healthy social boundaries, budgeting, attending medical appointments, grocery shopping, and medication administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with mental illness in short-term community homes
  • Practice independent living skills
  • Assist with setting healthy social boundaries, budgeting, attending medical appointments, grocery shopping, and medication administration
  • Assist with creating positive relationships with persons served

Requirements:

  • Must have some experience with mental health
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • You do not need a valid driver's license for some positions, although it is preferred
  • Must have a strong drive to help others and create positive relationships with persons served
