Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced At-Home Child Caregiver to provide high-quality care for infants and toddlers in a home setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks that meet the dietary requirements of children in your care.
  • Establish a daily routine that balances structured activities with free play and outdoor time.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • A passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents and children.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; early childhood education certification is an asset.
  • CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
