Heavy Duty Tow Truck OperatorWe are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Tow Truck Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing trucks and trailers back to repair facilities or other designated locations.
Responsibilities:- Operate heavy-duty tow trucks to transport vehicles
- Perform pre-trip inspections on tow trucks and equipment
- Securely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of towing activities
- Assist with other tasks as assigned, such as vehicle pick-up and drop-off for customers or shop maintenance during downtime
- Minimum 4 years of experience in heavy-duty towing
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Strong understanding of truck and trailer mechanics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
