Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist/Senior Scientist to join our growing Analytical Sciences team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and qualifying methods for cellular and/or molecular biology analysis platforms, working closely with our team to drive department deliverables and support the company's growing portfolio of service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and qualify methods for cellular and/or molecular biology analysis platforms
  • Lead laboratory operations, including training and oversight of laboratory staff
  • Provide routine updates on project status and technical challenges
  • Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical method reports, and sample analysis reports
  • Deliver high-quality results and reports on time
  • Collaborate with other staff within analytical sciences to drive department deliverables
  • Present results to the department during scheduled meetings
  • Complete and maintain training to remain compliant with regulatory and health/safety requirements
  • Develop new platforms and processes that align with corporate strategy
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Molecular biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular Genetics, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience developing and performing cell or molecular assay techniques
  • Excellent documentation, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to follow all appropriate regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work in a BSL-2 research laboratory environment
