Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Thies & Talle Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Birch Court in Hibbing, MN.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on our property's equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
  • Conduct inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
