Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in directly engaging with and enrolling individuals living with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder, experiencing homelessness, and/or those who have high medical needs into our program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enrollment and Engagement: Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll eligible members into the program virtually through phone, text, and email, and in-person at clinic, community-based organization, and health system partner locations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that all eligible members feel supported and empowered to take control of their healthcare journey.
  • Education and Outreach: Offer education to partners regarding Pair Team's services with a focus on linking eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program.
