Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting, setting the tone for an exceptional experience
  • Promote oil change options and additional services, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services
  • Build trust and loyalty with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Evaluate customers' needs quickly and efficiently, working collaboratively as part of our team
  • Provide hands-on assistance under the hood as needed, demonstrating your ability to work with precision and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a customer-focused team
  • An eagerness to learn and grow, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • The ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with full mobility and hand dexterity required for tasks involving heavy equipment
