About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day retail operations of our store, including managing sales, customer service, and inventory. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions and making recommendations on our products.
  • Sales: Achieve sales goals and targets, and provide coaching and guidance to sales associates to help them meet their sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Requirements
