Job Summary

As a Prn RN House Supervisor, you will provide oversight for the provision of care, serve as a resource to direct care staff, and coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.

You will also provide support to the DON and Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.
  • Coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.
  • Provide support to the DON and Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.
  • Serve as a resource to direct care staff.
  • Provide oversight for the provision of care.
Requirements

Preferred Experience: Two years as Registered Nurse with one year acute psychiatric experience and one year management experience.

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
