Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Complaint Intake Analyst I to join our team at AbbVie, Inc. This role involves providing excellent customer service, identifying complaint codes, and coordinating logistics for sample collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intake and assessment of customer complaints.
  • Identification of complaint codes and determination of appropriate actions.
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders for adverse event management.
  • Processing of replacement, credit, or warranty claims.
  • Translation services for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree or associate's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, biological, or device-related products.
  • Computer skills and ability to navigate software systems.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
